Login Support

1. Quick check – can you sign in on the official site?

Open the official SchoolSoft page: schoolsoft.se.

• Username: [first_name].[last_name] (example: donald.trump)
• Password: try the same one you use for your Google account – they’re often identical.

Still stuck? Jump to step 3 – reset your password.

2. Works on SchoolSoft, but not on SchoolSoft+?

Go to SchoolSoft + and enter the exact same credentials you just used on the official site.

If it logs in on SchoolSoft but not on SchoolSoft+, please let me know:

3. Can’t sign in anywhere? Reset your password

1. Visit schoolsoft.se and click Need help logging in?
2. Fill in:
   • Username: [first_name].[last_name]
   • E-mail: your school e-mail address
3. You’ll receive an e-mail with a temporary password.
4. Sign in with that temporary password (or use external login – either works).
5. Go to Profile ▸ Settings, scroll to Change password, enter the temporary password once and your new password twice, then save.

Your new password now works on both the official SchoolSoft and SchoolSoft+.
