1. Introduction

Welcome to Schoolsoft+, an enhanced interface for accessing and managing your Schoolsoft information. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Schoolsoft+ website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Schoolsoft+ is developed and maintained by Elias as an independent project and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official Schoolsoft service or its parent company.

2. Account and Security

To use Schoolsoft+, you need to have a valid Schoolsoft account. Schoolsoft+ acts as an interface to access your existing Schoolsoft account data.

2.1 Credentials

When you log in to Schoolsoft+ using your Schoolsoft credentials:

• Your credentials are used solely to authenticate with the official Schoolsoft service
• Session cookies are stored temporarily in your browser to maintain your login session

2.2 Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring you log out from shared devices

3. Service Limitations

Schoolsoft+ currently has the following limitations:

• Support is limited to Internationella Engelska Skolan
• Some features may be in beta and subject to change
• The service depends on the availability and functionality of the official Schoolsoft service
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data displayed

4. User Conduct

When using Schoolsoft+, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Schoolsoft+ is not affiliated with the official Schoolsoft service, and all Schoolsoft trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Schoolsoft+ is designed to:

• Only access your Schoolsoft data with your explicit permission
• Not share your personal information with third parties
• Use cookies and session storage only for maintaining your login session

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of Schoolsoft+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
